Eligibility Criteria:
- Initial priority will be given to households living in the Barking & Dagenham Borough
- Live or currently work in London
- Be able to provide one month's rent in advance and five weeks' rent as a tenancy deposit
- Have the right to rent - proven by possession of British/EU/EEA Citizenship or a valid UK residency visa
- Meet the minimum income and affordability standards - this will depend on the price of the home you are interested in
- The minimum income for a one bedroom apartment is £41,850 for a single application and £35,585 for a joint application
- The minimum income for a two bedroom apartment is £47,195 for a single application and £40,935 for a joint application
- The minimum income for a three bedroom apartment is £52,940 for a single application and £46,280 for a joint application
